These Terms of Service govern your use of rswebsolution.com and any services provided by RS Web Solution ("we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

RS Web Solution provides web development, brand design, AI lead generation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing before work commences.

2. Project Engagement

• All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms
• Work commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit (typically 50% of project value)
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered
• Any changes to the agreed scope may result in revised timelines and additional costs

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created for your project becomes your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering your project.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Supplying required content, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines
• Ensuring all content provided to us does not infringe third-party rights
• Maintaining confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

RS Web Solution's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from use of our services or deliverables.

7. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after commencement, fees are due for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
